The Grand Metropolitan Hotel
A 68-story luxury hotel tower rising above the waterfront. Our teams are delivering the full structural package, from post-tensioned slabs to the crown, coordinating more than forty trades on a single vertical site.
Meridian Medical Center
A state-of-the-art hospital complex with surgical suites, imaging floors and an emergency department. Interior construction is underway with strict infection-control protocols and phased handover of live clinical zones.
Apex Commercial Tower
A 42-floor mixed-use development combining premium office floors, retail and residences. The deep basement and raft foundation are complete, and the core is now climbing at a floor every six days.

From Blueprint to Completion
Five stages, each with its own controls, inspections and hand-offs. Nothing moves forward until the stage behind it is signed off.
Blueprint
Architectural plans, engineering drawings and project planning. Every decision that shapes cost, schedule and quality is made here, on paper, before a single machine moves.
Foundation
Site preparation, excavation, concrete foundations and structural groundwork. Survey control and compaction testing govern every pour.
Structure
Steel, concrete, framing, walls and roofing. The building takes its permanent shape under continuous inspection and load verification.
Build
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, interiors, exterior finishes and landscaping. Trades are sequenced tightly so that each hand-off is clean.
Completion
Final inspections, finishing details, quality control and handover. We close out with full documentation, commissioning and a walked punch list.

We begin by understanding the site, the brief and the constraints. Feasibility, budget ranges and program risks are surfaced early, while they are still inexpensive to solve.
Plan
A detailed program, procurement strategy and cost plan are built around your milestones. Long-lead items are identified and locked before they can threaten the schedule.
Design
We work alongside architects and engineers on constructability, value engineering and coordination, resolving clashes in the model rather than in the field.
Build
Self-perform crews and vetted trade partners execute to the drawings, with daily reporting, safety oversight and continuous quality verification on site.
Inspect
Independent inspections, commissioning and systems testing confirm every element performs as specified before it is covered or closed out.
Deliver
Handover includes as-built documentation, warranties, training and a responsive post-completion team that stays with you after the gates close.
